In conjunction with operating as OEM, ODM and OBM, U.S. Pacific manufactures a comprehensive range of customized disposable / limited-use nonwoven products including but not limited to patient handling & movement, medical/healthcare and industrial safety protection under patent protection.

U.S. Pacific is also equipped with lamination capabilities containing hot melt adhesive, cold adhesive and ultrasonic all at 1.6 meters usable width complemented by a variety of converting machineries in terms of surface structure transformation along with topical treatment either mechanically or chemically.

To comply with the global environmental protection criteria resulted from the global warming effect, U.S. Pacific has spent a great deal of effort in R&D in the past years for the "green" products focusing on medical, agriculture, infant supplies and home textiles. The company has expanded its scope of business to include the most updated technology in producing compostable and biodegradable nonwoven roll goods at 2.4 meters wide from bio-based polymers such as Polylatic Acid (PLA), Polyhydroxy Acid (PHA), Polybutylene Succinate (PBS) and Polybutylene Adipate Terephthalate (PBAT), etc. Final process of the composting will become water and carbon dioxide, back to the nature. PLA's special characteristics find its excellent applications in products which has direct skin contact.

To address the needs, U.S. Pacific has diversified to produce nano membrane based on the advanced and patented technology for effective water as well as air filtration applications.
